All of our technicians stand at the ready to serve during regular business hours and should the need arise our 24 hour on‐call service with two‐hour response time ensures that our clients will not be left waiting due to a critical failure regardless of when it may occur.
If at some point during the term of the contract our technicians find deficiencies that fall outside the scope of the preventative maintenance agreement, recommendations will be made, in writing and proposed in a timely manner. It is our practice that we will only perform work that has been authorized via a valid purchase order.
