Coolbreeze™ Compartment Unit is designed for specific sound criteria. The features are 2” 30% efficient face load filters (with secondary filters as an option), cooling and/or heating coil, fan inlet and discharge sound treatment with a CMX fan. (Other fan options are available.) The unit is engineered to meet NC-40 noise criteria in the typical office space next to the mechanical room and NC-60 in the mechanical room.

The unit will consist of 4” deep standard walls with 22 – gauge galvanized solid or perforated sheet metal for the inside and minimum 18-gauge galvanized for the exterior casing. The inlet and discharge silencers shall be constructed of perforated galvanized sheet metal and lined with a duct liner to prevent fibers entering the air stream. The insulation shall be packed to a 4½ Lb./CuFt density. The exterior will be prime coated with a rust inhibiting paint and finished with an industrial enamel paint.

The cooling coil section will have a Coolbreeze™ 304L standard drain pan construction. All access doors shall have a 16 gauge galvanized steel frame, minimum (2) VL-310 Ventlok Handles and extruded bulb gasket. Viewing windows are an option.
