Heat Recovery Unit:

1. Two indirect fired stainless steel heat exchangers in parallel with two-stage (On/Off) heating and manual bypass Aluminum opposed blade dampers.

2. The supply fan shall be a Airfoil type blade plenum fan complete with TEFC (2 speed), seismic spring vibration isolation, slide mount motor base, V-Groove drives, B-belts and OSHA belt guard.

3. The recirculation damper shall be constructed of Aluminum with a low leak blade.

4. Heat pipe shall have a modulating face and bypass damper with frost control. The dampers shall be Aluminum low leak opposed blade dampers.

5. Supply side filters shall be as follows: Pre filter: 30% efficient pleated Final Filters: 65% efficient cartridge filters.

6. Outside air dampers shall be two position Aluminum low leak opposed blade.

7. Inlet hood shall be constructed of 18 gauge galvanized steel with 1” square birdscreen.

8. Return air filters shall be 2” 30% efficient pleated filters.

9. The return fan shall be a Airfoil type blade plenum fan complete with TEFC motor (2 speed), seismic spring vibration isolation, slide mount motor base, V-Groove drives, B-belts and OSHA belt guard.

10. Exhaust air dampers shall be two position Aluminum low leak opposed blade.

11. Exhaust hood shall be constructed of 18 gauge galvanized steel with 1” square birdscreen.

12. The exhaust side of the heat pipe shall have a minimum of 18 gauge 304L stainless steel drain pan with a 1” drain connection.

13. The base frame shall be constructed of 10 gauge galvanized channel.

14. The air-handling unit shall be constructed of screw panel construction. The exterior panels shall be constructed of galvanized steel with epoxy paint on the exterior. The unit wall shall be a minimum of 1” thick with solid coated liner on the inside.

15. The access doors shall be hinged with a 16 gauge galvanized frame, a bulb style gasket and Ventlok style handles.

16. Filters shall be face load.

17. Electrical panel shall be recessed into the unit.

18. Unit controls shall include unit mounted fused disconnect, motor starters/overloads, frost control, two stage burner controls, outside air, exhaust air and re-circulation damper motors

19. (1) Magnehelic filter gauge shipped loose.
